Livegreen is a great free wordpress theme, and comes widget ready and coded in valid xhtml+css. Feel free to use it however you please! I love the combination of green and brown, so that was my inspiration for this template. :)

Great theme! Is there an easy fix for why the posting titles are truncated in IE? Everything outside of the main post window in the browser (the beginning of every post’s title) is cut off – I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue.
